HR Services

Strategice HR Support for small and mid-sized businesses - without the full-time salary.

Fractional HR Services

Your part-time HR department without the full-time cost.

Not every organization needs a full-time HR professional. But every organization needs HR done right. Fractional HR gives you consistent, strategic support on an ongoing basis — so you're never navigating compliance, employee issues, or policy questions alone.

What this looks like:

  • Strategic HR guidance for leadership

  • Employee relations support and manager coaching

  • HR compliance monitoring and updates

  • Recruiting support and onboarding process design

  • Performance management oversight

  • Policy development and handbook maintenance

  • On-site availability within Northern Michigan counties

A note on scope: Fractional HR is strategic and advisory in nature. It is not payroll processing, full-service recruiting, or legal counsel — but I'll make sure you're connected to the right resources when those needs arise.

Pricing is based on your organization's size and needs. Contact me for a custom quote.

HR Consulting & Coaching

Targeted support for specific challenges.

Sometimes you don't need ongoing HR support — you need focused help with one situation. Whether it's a manager who's struggling, a team dynamic that's off, or an HR question you're not sure how to handle, this is where we start.

What this looks like:

  • Individual manager coaching (Session packages available)

  • Group manager coaching for small teams

  • One-off HR consulting for specific situations or questions

  • Practical tools, frameworks, and guidance you can put to use right away
